About Homelink

Homelink is a conceptual Smart-Home app that I designed. It's a project that I have personal stakes in as I am an avid smart home device user. This project was my attempt of designing an app that would be perfect for users like me.

Project Overview

The project was mainly UX design with a little bit of branding included in the one billboard-esque ad that I created. I focused heavily on the UX design process from the beginning ideation phase to the Hi-Fi prototype phase. It's branded as having "Superior Control" because ideally, it would support the widest range of devices on the market.

The Process

UX Design Process

The focus on the project was to practice my skills in the UX research, ideation, and logo design. From that, I created Lo-Fi mockups which informed the final Hi-Fi designs. Some other minor things I was practicing were my project management and organization skills which help me stay on task and on-time. Check them out below!

What's Next?

There are a ton of flows I didn't design due to time constraints. Like my other conceptual passion projects, I will continue working on these projects and add more content.
